Writers!
All who are interested in writing are welcome to our meetings on alternate Thursdays at the Friends’ Meeting House, Wellington Street, Northampton, from 7.30 until 9.30 pm.
Advice, criticism, and news of markets and competitions is exchanged, and we offer an atmosphere of encouragement towards effort and literary success.
On free manuscript evenings, members bring short stories, poems, chapters, synopses, sketches, or articles for reading and discussion. They can be first scribblings or finished scripts.
Visitors may attend their first meeting free of charge, but will subsequently be charged at the normal rate of £2 per meeting. The annual subscription is £5, payable after an attendance of 3 meetings, or £3 if this should occur after September
